Tone Of Care provides telephone check-ins, call reminders, appointment scheduling, and medication reminder services designed to support clients and their loved ones.
2. Use of Services
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and scheduling information.
Services are intended for personal and family support, not for emergency use. In case of emergencies, please call 911.3. Payments & Cancellations
Service fees must be paid according to the agreed plan.
You may cancel services by contacting us directly. Refunds (if applicable) will follow our cancellation policy.Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel their subscription or individual services by providing at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
RefundsPrepaid monthly services are non-refundable once the service period has begun.If cancellation occurs before the next billing cycle, no further charges will be applied.Missed Appointments/Calls
Missed scheduled calls or reminders are considered delivered services and are non-refundable.
Company Cancellations
Tone Of Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues or emergencies). Clients will be notified promptly and compensated with either a rescheduled call or a service credit.

Tone Of Care is not a medical provider. Our services are reminders and check-ins only.
We are not liable for missed appointments, missed reminders, or any medical outcomes resulting from use (or non-use) of our services.5. Intellectual Property
